Project forms and license requests are sent to Hasantavision so we can reply, qualify requirements, and provide onboarding details.

Chat messages are used to answer the current session. They are not emailed automatically when the widget closes.

Desktop processing

Smartblur is presented as a local-first workflow. Source media should be processed on the customer workstation unless a separate hosted service is agreed in writing.

Payments

Checkout is handled by PayPal. Hasantavision stores license/order records needed for activation, support, fraud prevention, and accounting.
